Across retail, apparel, manufacturing and energy, I work at the intersection of business needs, technology and people. My focus is translating complex challenges into practical platforms, intelligent workflows and experiences that teams can adopt and scale.
My involvement is deliberately hands-on and varies by initiative: I identify business problems, conceptualise solutions, translate needs into requirements, coordinate technical teams and vendors, drive UAT, and manage deployment and adoption. Where appropriate, I also build AI-assisted prototypes and applications myself.
